Store Communicator components
- Messaging - provides a locked-down e-mail facility where messages can only be sent to and from a list of pre-defined addresses, controlled by designated Administrator(s). You can attach any form of document that a store can read or print
- Bulletins and task management - management and departments can send bulletins to selected stores /regions and/or departments and set up tasks on diaries which can then be tracked
- Intranet Deployment - offers an easy mechanism for operating or interfacing to a company intranet. A separate content management facility enables departments such as marketing to control what stores can see and/or print in store - e.g. Pos material
- Workflow - provides the facility to design and create electronic forms, which can replace manual forms used to send information from stores to head office, and vice versa
- Dashboard views - provides a customisable “dashboard” for any function to view summary information regarding the status of messages and tasks, with a drill down facility to view exceptions in more detail
