How Does It Work?
We assess your telecom network requirements then confirm the cost savings that you will achieve.
Transferring your calls and lines to Vodat International is just a paper exercise. You provide us with the telephone numbers you want to transfer and authority and we do the rest. We fill in an order form for the phone lines and BT telephone numbers that you want to transfer to the Vodat International network.
We will provide you with an effective transfer date. We will continue to support and bill the BT Select Services that you have set up on the lines such as call waiting, call barring etc.
The service is provided at the local BT telephone exchange meaning that no equipment needs to be installed at your premises and no change will occur to your lines.
There is no interruption to your services and you can keep your existing phone numbers.
We’ll provide you with a named personal account manager, and liaise with your Telco supplier and do all the ordering with them to switch the service ensuring that there are no service interruptions.
You also get the benefit of consistent operating costs with annual bench marking, plus a strategic platform to generate savings and increased productivity in other areas of your retail business.
